What can I request?
You can request any listed experience, package, or addition, including picnics, cabana days, proposals, private dinners, corporate events, and custom formats. The team personally reviews your date, location, group size, feasibility, and final price before confirming a plan.
Is the configurator estimate a final quote?
No. It is a nonbinding planning range. A final proposal follows personal review of the date, location, access, guest count, setup, additions, fees, and weather plan. Submitting a request does not reserve a date or confirm availability.
Can I add food, photography, flowers, or entertainment?
Yes. Share food, beverage, photography, floral, entertainment, and other preferences in your request. They are wishes for planning review, not purchased services. Provider availability, venue rules, scope, and pricing are personally confirmed in your proposal.
Are setup and cleanup included?
Delivery, setup, breakdown, and cleanup responsibilities are defined for the supplied items in your proposal. Guest-provided items, site restoration, and additional time must also have clear responsibilities.
What happens if the weather changes?
The team monitors conditions and follows the weather decision timeline in your proposal. Depending on the event, options may include adjustment, rescheduling, or a confirmed covered alternative.
