About Solomia Events
Hospitality designed for an environment that moves.
Solomia Events is being built around a simple idea: South Florida beach gatherings should feel considered from the first logistics question through breakdown and cleanup.

The premise
The styling should be memorable. The planning should be almost invisible.
A beach is not a blank ballroom. Public access, parking, carry distance, wind, heat, tides, wet sand, guest mobility, vendor entry, and changing conditions all shape what is responsible and realistic.
The whole collection is open for planning requests, from a picnic setup to a larger event with requested food, vendors, or installations. A listed option is not a promise that the resources are already in place. The planning team personally reviews each request and confirms, suggests alternatives, or declines it before booking.
The intended result is a private-use setting for the invited group, prepared and removed with care. Unless a verified property arrangement says otherwise, the surrounding public shoreline remains shared.
Premium means fewer unanswered questions—not louder decoration.
Clear starting points
Packages and starting prices help a client orient quickly. The final proposal explains what changes the number and what is actually included.
Site-specific thinking
A city name is not a location plan. Each event still needs an exact site, access review, appropriate footprint, and any required property or public approvals.
Weather without vagueness
The agreement should define the review window, decision roles, equipment limits, and any available relocation, reduced-format, or rescheduling route.
Honest references
Concept media is labeled clearly. Event photography will appear only with permission and verified context. Ratings, partnerships, credentials, and event history will be published only after verification.
Service area
South Florida, evaluated one site at a time.
South Florida, primarily from Miami Beach to West Palm Beach. This is a service-area description, not a claim of an office, exclusive access, or standing approval in every city.
The preferred location is reviewed against the experience format, guest needs, access, parking, surrounding activity, equipment, vendors, and nearby alternatives.
Any travel, entry, parking, venue, approval, permit-coordination, or extraordinary logistics cost should appear in the written event proposal before confirmation.
