Corporate and hospitality

A beach day with an operating plan.

Bring teams, clients, or partners to the coast with a coordinated footprint for guest comfort, timing, vendors, activities, and changing conditions.

Request a planning review

Request any format or addition that interests you. The planning team personally reviews the date, site, equipment, vendors, and scope, then confirms what is possible, suggests alternatives, or declines the request. Nothing is booked until the details are confirmed in writing.

A corporate beach day with shade, seating and activity areas

Space to connect. Enough structure to relax.

Formats that stay flexible

Start with the purpose, not the rentals.

The same guest count can require a very different plan depending on mobility, schedule, catering, activities, privacy, transportation, and the role the beach plays in the day.

01

Team beach day

A daytime plan organized around shade, hydration, activity zones, downtime, food service, and a clear arrival sequence.

02

Client hospitality

A more composed setting for conversation, hosting, and brand-appropriate service without turning the shoreline into a trade-show floor.

03

Retreat gathering

A flexible mix of structured discussion, informal seating, movement, and shared food, with attention to privacy expectations and backup space.

04

Company milestone

A celebration format that can combine lounge or table seating, selected branding, entertainment, photography, and guest recognition.

The operational layer

A proposal should connect every guest-facing choice to a practical one.

Arrival

Transportation, parking, drop-off, check-in, vendor entry, and a clear meeting point.

Comfort

Shade, seating, water, restrooms, mobility, heat exposure, and access to covered space.

Program

Activity zones, food service, sound, branding, photography, downtime, and a realistic run of show.

Contingency

Wind and rain thresholds, communications, location alternatives, vendor changes, and decision ownership.

Branding, catering, activities, production, permissions, insurance requirements, transportation, and private-venue access are included only when listed and priced in the accepted written event proposal.

Request a planning review

Give us the constraints worth solving.

A useful first request includes the group, objective, date or date range, preferred area, schedule, transportation assumptions, food plans, accessibility needs, and working budget.

The gathering

This is the requested guest count, not confirmed venue capacity.

Early estimates are nonbinding until the site, vendors, schedule, and event details are reviewed.

Corporate questions

Before procurement begins.

How many guests can attend a Corporate Beach Day?

Send the expected guest count in a corporate inquiry. We review the venue, access, seating, restrooms, staffing, transportation, activities, and site requirements before confirming a workable group size and price. A form submission does not guarantee that we can accommodate the event.

Can a corporate event include company branding?

You can request branded elements and share your ideas. We confirm availability, design, production timing, installation, site approval, price, and removal responsibilities before anything is ordered. Branding is not included unless stated in the proposal.

Does Solomia Events work with hotels, concierges, and event planners?

Hotels, concierges, hosts, and planners can send a business inquiry through Contact or use the corporate form for a specific event. Partner and multi-vendor requests are reviewed individually. No partnership or approved-vendor status is implied unless documented with the named organization.
