Site and weather fit

The setting is confirmed after feasibility review.

Location

Cabana size, shade equipment, staking, and placement depend on the selected beach or venue. Some narrow, crowded, protected, or privately managed areas may require a smaller footprint or a private-property alternative.

Weather

Shade equipment cannot be used when wind or site conditions make it unsafe. The proposal will identify the applicable weather decision process and any available covered or rescheduling options.

Food is not listed as a base inclusion. Charcuterie, catering coordination, and other refreshments can be scoped as additions after dietary needs and vendor availability are confirmed.

Can the cabana stay up all day?

The starting package covers the duration stated in the proposal. Additional time may be available, subject to the location, daylight, staffing, weather, and equipment schedule.
