Color, silhouette, density, seating style, floral restraint, and the level of service you want are more useful than asking for an exact copy of a photograph.

What gets verified

The proposal should confirm the actual inventory, requested vendors, layout, access, timing, weather plan, substitutions, and site-specific limitations. A gallery reference is a starting point for review, not a confirmed service inclusion.
