Website and Service Terms
How inquiries, starting prices, event proposals and confirmed bookings work, including the scope of services, site conditions and written agreements.
Our business and these terms
Solomia Events is the customer-facing brand of Solomia Design LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We arrange services across South Florida as a service-area business, without a walk-in customer office.

These general terms explain use of the website and our planning process. Your accepted event proposal and agreement describe the specific services and commercial terms for your booking. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
Inquiries, prices and confirmation
Submitting a form, requesting a package, receiving an estimate or exchanging messages does not by itself reserve a date or confirm a booking. Package prices marked “starting at” and configurator estimates are planning references, not a final event total.
Before accepting a proposal or making a payment, obtain written event documents identifying:
- The services and equipment included, guest count, date, duration and location.
- The total price, applicable taxes and disclosed travel, service, permit or vendor charges.
- Any required payment and the conditions that make the booking confirmed.
- Cancellation, changes, rescheduling, refunds and weather arrangements.
- Client responsibilities, vendor arrangements, exclusions and any permitted substitutions.
If an essential term is missing or unclear, ask bookings@solomiaevents.com for a complete version before proceeding. We do not apply a universal deposit percentage or cancellation charge through this page.
Scope, imagery and changes
The accepted scope identifies what is included. Website images illustrate a styling direction; they are not a separate inventory list or a guarantee of an identical beach, item or arrangement. Food, beverages, alcohol, flowers, photography, shade, seating and other additions are included only when specified for your booking.
A material change to the agreed date, location, guest count, scope, price or substitution requires written confirmation. Do not assume a requested change is accepted because it was discussed.
Locations, permits and guest responsibilities
A reserved setup on a public beach does not make the surrounding beach private. Public access, crowds, wildlife, seaweed, tides, surf and weather are not under our complete control.
Access and any permit, property, equipment, food, alcohol, sound or vendor requirements depend on the location and event. The event documents must identify responsibility and cost for required approvals. No blanket permit, exclusive beach right or alcohol permission is represented by a package name.
Provide accurate planning information and tell us about relevant accessibility needs, outside vendors and guest requirements. Guests must follow site rules, official directions and reasonable safety instructions. Adults responsible for children must supervise them; event styling is not lifeguard or childcare service.
Vendors, payments, cancellations and weather
If outside vendors are involved, the event documents must identify who contracts with and pays them and which terms apply. A third-party service is not included merely because it is pictured or mentioned as an option.
Payment instructions and schedules must relate to your specific booking. Use only the payment method identified in the event documents and contact billing@solomiaevents.com if anything appears inconsistent.

Website use, privacy and content
Use the website lawfully and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit harmful material, disrupt the service or attempt to bypass protected account access.
Our Privacy Notice at solomiaevents.com/privacy explains how we handle information. Separate optional marketing choices remain separate; acceptance of these terms does not grant blanket permission for promotional messages.
Website branding, text and original or licensed media may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Viewing the site to plan your event does not grant permission to reproduce protected materials commercially.
Service interruptions and questions
Software, network and provider interruptions may occur. If a form does not confirm receipt, contact us before assuming it was received. Our website, email and contact form are not emergency channels; contact emergency services for an immediate safety issue.
Raise an event or website concern through hello@solomiaevents.com. Keep a copy of your accepted proposal, agreement and written changes. Updates to these public terms do not by themselves alter an existing booking or remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
