Website use

The website provides information about possible beach experience formats, planning considerations, packages, starting prices, service areas, and inquiry tools. Information can change as inventory, vendors, locations, regulations, and business policies are verified.

Users should provide accurate information, use the site only for lawful purposes, and avoid attempts to disrupt, probe, scrape protected areas, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, upload harmful material, or submit information they are not authorized to share.

Estimates, availability, and proposals

Package prices marked “starting at” and planning-form estimates are planning references, not binding offers. Location, access, parking, guest count, approvals, equipment, design, food, vendors, duration, date, weather backup, staffing, taxes, and disclosed fees can change the total.

An inquiry, estimate, conversation, or draft proposal does not hold a date. The event-specific proposal and agreement should identify the exact booking trigger, accepted scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, substitutions, exclusions, and policies.

Any material revision should be confirmed in writing. Website imagery and general package copy do not add an item or service to the event scope unless the accepted proposal lists it.

Locations, public access, and approvals

A private-use setup on a public beach does not make the surrounding shoreline private. Crowd levels, public activity, sound, wildlife, seaweed, surf, weather, beach width, and other site conditions cannot be represented as fully controlled unless a verified private venue arrangement says otherwise.

Suitability and any property, municipal, permit, vendor, food, sound, equipment, or insurance requirement depend on the exact event. The proposal should assign responsibility and cost for approvals. No standing approval, exclusive location right, or citywide permit inclusion is claimed.

Guest and client responsibilities

The client should disclose the real guest count, mobility or access needs, children in attendance, outside vendors, food and alcohol requests, equipment, and any site or property relationship. Guardians remain responsible for children, and guests remain responsible for following water, weather, property, and safety instructions.

Third-party providers

Venues, photographers, caterers, florists, musicians, transportation providers, rental companies, and other vendors may be independent providers with their own availability, contracts, insurance, delivery, cancellation, and usage terms. The proposal should state who selects, contracts with, and pays each provider.

No partnership, licensed-vendor network, approval status, insurance coverage, or provider credential is claimed unless documented and named.

Payments, cancellations, and weather

Any required amount, payment schedule, processor, taxes, service or travel fees, and refund treatment must appear before acceptance. No universal deposit has been verified. If hosted Stripe checkout is used, the checkout and payment status should be connected to the specific proposal.

The cancellation draft and weather draft describe the intended framework, but event-specific accepted terms should control once finalized.

Content, concepts, and intellectual property

Site text, branding, layouts, and original or licensed materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. A user may view and use public pages for personal event evaluation but should not republish or commercially exploit protected material without permission.

Illustrative imagery communicates styling direction and must not be interpreted as a promise of exact inventory, an identical setting, or permission to use a pictured location. Client-supplied inspiration must not infringe another party’s rights.
