Site and weather fit
The setting is confirmed after feasibility review.
Location
Large floral structures, signs, candles, amplified sound, or concealed installations may not be suitable at every public beach. The design is adjusted after the location, access, and any approval requirements are reviewed.
Weather
Because the timing is sensitive, every proposal plan should include an explicit weather communication window and a defined reschedule, relocation, or covered-backup path.
