Beach experience package

Corporate Beach Day

Corporate Beach Day combines a structured guest base with shade, seating, hospitality stations, activities, and event-day coordination appropriate to the approved scope. It is planned around arrival flow, team objectives, accessibility, branding, catering, timing, and a documented weather alternative.

Request a planning review

Request any format or addition that interests you. The planning team personally reviews the date, site, equipment, vendors, and scope, then confirms what is possible, suggests alternatives, or declines the request. Nothing is booked until the details are confirmed in writing.

What the starting package proposes

The foundation is operational, not only visual.

  • 01A planning brief covering objectives, group needs, and run of show
  • 02A scaled shade, seating, and gathering-zone concept
  • 03Basic hospitality or activity-zone planning
  • 04Coordination of approved vendors and corporate branding placements
  • 05Delivery, setup, event handoff, breakdown, and cleanup
  • 06Access, staffing, weather, and backup-plan review

Site and weather fit

The setting is confirmed after feasibility review.

Location

Corporate attendance, commercial activity, catering, sound, branded structures, games, and exclusive-use expectations can affect approval and venue selection. Public beach space is not represented as private unless a verified arrangement says otherwise.

Weather

The plan should set weather checkpoints, decision authority, guest communications, and a relocation or rescheduling path. Safety decisions take priority over the original outdoor format.

Questions about this package

Know what is—and is not—assumed.

Can the event include company branding?

Yes, within the confirmed venue or authority requirements. Artwork deadlines, production costs, installation methods, and removal responsibilities are documented in the proposal.

Can you support a hotel retreat group?

The service can be planned in coordination with a hotel or resort, subject to the property’s approval, vendor requirements, load-in process, and available event space.
