Site and weather fit

Location
Group size, sound, catering, balloons, structures, games, and furniture can trigger venue or authority review and may be unsuitable for a crowded public access point. Final site and footprint are confirmed after planning.
Weather
Group events benefit from an indoor, covered, or rescheduling option because multiple guests and vendors are harder to move at short notice. Any backup cost is disclosed in the proposal.

Can we have music?
Music options depend on the exact beach or venue, time, sound level, equipment, and applicable requirements. No amplified-sound permission is assumed until it is confirmed for the event.
Are balloons always available?
No. Balloon use depends on the venue, wind, environmental considerations, installation method, and cleanup plan. An alternative focal treatment can be designed when balloons are unsuitable.
