Site and weather fit
The setting is confirmed after feasibility review.
Location
Guest count, furniture quantity, décor anchoring, food service, sound, and vendor access can change which beach or venue is workable. Larger gatherings may be better suited to a permitted area or private venue.
Weather
Heat, wind, rain, and changing beach conditions affect layout and guest comfort. A weather-backup choice should be documented when invitations or outside vendors are involved.
